Wheel Throwing Workshops
Ever watched someone throw on the wheel and thought, “I want in on that muddy madness”? Now’s your shot.
Our 2 hour Wheel Throwing Workshops are designed for absolute beginners, curious creatives, and anyone craving a little spin therapy. You’ll get your hands on real clay, your foot on the pedal, and your mind off the everyday.
We’re talking raw clay, real results, and the kind of satisfaction you can’t buy off a shelf. We’ll guide you just enough to keep your bowl from turning into a flying saucer—and we’ll even glaze and fire your creations when you're done.
It’s dirty. It’s fun. It’s a little bit addictive.
Welcome to the wheel at Mud Ceramics.
Cost: $85 for 2 hours
Includes clay and firing and glazing of up to 2 pieces
Firing & Glazing Process: Your pieces will be fired and glazed after the workshop. Once your pottery is bisqued (in approximately two to three weeks), we will glaze your creations for you. The entire process will take about six weeks from start to finish, and completed pieces can be picked up or mailed for an additional cost.
The price of the workshop includes firing and glazing for two (2) standard size pieces. If you wish to have additional pieces fired and glazed the cost is $10 per piece.
Pieces not collected within 4 weeks of glazing will be recycled.
You must be 16 years or older to attend, and class sizes are strictly limited.
Every Monday and every Wednesday at 1pm
